General Conditions of Use for the Hy-Result application
Relationship between you and Hy-Result
By using the Hy-Result application you expressly affirm your agreement with these General Conditions of Use of the application. These General Conditions of Use of the Hy-Result application are a contract between you and Thot e-santé automesure, designer and owner of the application.
The Hy-Result application should be used in accordance with the instructions for use available on the Hy-Result website. As a user of the application, you acknowledge and warrant that you have read these General Conditions of Use and that you are of legal age. If you disagree with these general conditions of use, you are not authorized to use the Hy-Result app.
Amendments to the General Conditions of Use
The parties understand and recognize that Thot e-santé automesure has the right at any time to modify all or part of these General Conditions of Use of the Hy-Result application, to incorporate the modifications required by law, or any other applicable regulations. Any new version of the General Conditions of Use will not apply retroactively but will replace and supersede the old General Conditions of Use.
General
The Hy-Result app is free. This version 1.0 does not sell any collected data. Thot e-santé automesure reserves the right to stop making the application available at any time. These General Conditions of Use constitute the entire contract between you and us, and cancel, exclude and replace any prior commitment in this regard.
Electronic communication
Any notification or communication between you and Hy-Result can be done by any electronic means. Thus, in the event that you have created an account, you are fully informed that Hy-result may communicate information to you by any electronic and dematerialized means that may directly or indirectly be linked to your device.
Jurisdiction – Dispute resolution
These General Conditions of Use of the Hy-Result application are governed by French law. In the event that a dispute results from your use of the application, the Parties undertake before any legal action to seek an amicable solution. In the event of a dispute, only the French courts will be competent.
The Hy-Result 1.0 app supports adults measuring their blood pressure at home using their own device. It helps people to respect the scientific recommendations in force and invites users to talk to their doctor. Users are advised that this help does not constitute medical advice, but only automated comment produced without a clinical examination. Hy-Result is not suitable for minors. Each user is free to use the blood pressure device of their choice, this measurement collection step is not provided by Hy-Result. The user is encouraged to use a validated blood pressure monitor with CE marking and recommended by scientific societies. The user acknowledges being informed that in the event of an error entering his blood pressure readings, or inappropriate use of the blood pressure device, or measurement conditions not respecting the recommended protocol, the automatic analyzes carried out by the Hy software -Result could be biased or erroneous.
Hy-Result Application Privacy Policy
The Hy-Result application accessible through the website (Web Application) does not collect any personal data. Thot e-santé automesure has no way of identifying users of the Hy-Result web application. By using the Hy-Result mobile application, which can be downloaded from the stores via a smartphone or tablet, you are voluntarily providing personal data. Hy-Result processes your personal data in compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to the protection of privacy and personal data, and in particular the Data Protection Act n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 and the Regulation 2016 / 679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (RGPD) came into force on 25 May 2018.
What information do we collect and when?
• Data relating to your health profile: this concerns your weight, your blood pressure measurements, the possible existence of diabetes, kidney disease, use of contraception, pregnancy, treatment of high blood pressure. • The Hy-Result service being free we do not collect any banking data • When you use our mobile application, some of your personal data is saved to your device.
For what purposes do we process your personal data?
• Research. Your personal data may be used anonymously for medical research on self-monitoring and prevention of high blood pressure. The Hy-result 1.0 application does not perform any communication or resale of data.
• Improved service. To improve the quality of Hy-Result as well as your user experience, we may need to process certain information to correct or modify software settings. In addition, your health data can be anonymized, that is to say that it no longer allows you to be identified when establishing studies and analyses in the field of health, in order to advance scientific research.

What measures do we take to protect your personal data?

How long do we keep your personal data? To enable you to use our Products and Services, your data is kept until you request its deletion. If you wish to delete your data and your account, refer to our dedicated page. In the event of a request for deletion, all your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. If, however, you have deleted your Hy-Result account and want to use the application again, all you have to do is recreate a new account.
